More about Lisa Woods:
“As a Creative Director and Artist, I innovate with interactivity and digital media in a broad range of contexts—from business operations to experiential art. I approach projects conceptually, strategically, inventively, and with the highest level of craftsmanship.
Currently, I am the creative director and curator of Hopscotch—an experiential art gallery and emerging business model for art spaces. Through my community activities, I foster the creative application of new technologies to art, design, social issues, and public spaces. I founded the Interactive Installation Meetup in 2014. In 2016, I co-founded dadageek, an education non-profit in Austin, to offer classes in applications of new technologies in art. The Meetup and dadageek are hubs for Austin’s most talented creative technologists.
I have spoken about the future of art at multiple SXSW Interactive conferences, the UNESCO Media Arts exhibit, Maker Faire Austin, Writers’ League of Texas, Midwest UX, and Girls Who Code. My thoughts on this topic have also been published in HOW Design, CityLab, FastCo Design, and Makezine.”
Thank you for your support and service, Lisa! We can’t wait to work with you.
